Returns:

Once approved, securely package the item and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or charge a restocking fee.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.
